Cancellations must be made 48 hours before the scheduled party. GIGI’S Slumber Boutique will not refund any cancellations. Events must be rescheduled, and rescheduling dates are based on availability.

All bookings must be paid in full upon confirmation. Payments are made through the website. All major credit cards are accepted.

GiGi’s Slumber Boutique rentals are set-up the day before the party date, with an arrival time between 11:00AM – 1:00PM and the breakdown/pick-up will be completed the day after the party between 11:00AM – 1:00PM. GiGi’S Slumber Boutique will work with clients on an agreed upon time, if designated time does not work.

It is the responsibility of the customer to take care of GiGi’s Slumber Boutique’s property during the time of the party. GiGi’s Slumber Boutique reserves the right to collect charges for damages to party rental equipment.

GiGi’s Slumber Boutique is not responsible for any injuries, illness, death or physical damages due to party rentals. Including but not limited to loss of enjoyment, property damage cost or another sum or claim.

GiGi’s Slumber Boutique requires the designated tent areas to be cleared of furniture and belongings. GiGi’s Slumber Boutique is not responsible for moving furniture. Failure to have a space cleared at agreed upon set-up time will result in an additional charge of $50.00.

Set-up and pick-up is included with your booking. Once the set-up is complete and the client is satisfied, we ask that tents and decor not be moved.

All parties must be held in a smoke-free environment. GiGi’s Slumber Boutique reserves the right to forfeit your booking without refund if staff finds your property to contain such smoking odors.

GiGi’s Slumber Boutique tents and other rentals are for indoor use only.

GiGi’s Slumber Boutique services the Orlando area. Any booking that is 20 miles outside of Clermont, FL 34711 will include an additional travel charge of $50.00.

If party set-up involves climbing stairs, an additional charge may apply.

All prices are subject to change. Prices quoted at time of booking will always be honored.
